Eve of Mass Building
Tomorrow I'll start a new program to build mass. I'll be better about posting this time around.

I had a successful P90X experience 5/1 - 7/29, 2009. I added almost 2 inches to my biceps, 5 inches to my chest and muscularity to my back. My focus is to add more muscle mass to my core and tighten up my abs.
