I had a successful P90X experience 5/1 - 7/29, 2009. I added almost 2 inches to my biceps, 5 inches to my chest and muscularity to my back. My focus is to add more muscle mass to my core and tighten up my abs.

Day 18 - Yoga X
Bottom line, I didn't even do it today. Yoga X is horribly difficult for me and I just didn't do it. I ran a few miles instead and rested a bit. I did not Bring It today.
